Apprenticeship
Within the scope of the fast-track procedure for skilled workers, it is also possible to apply for entry for the purpose of education or training.
Everything you need to know:
- Your training company will start the fast-track skilled worker procedure with us in good time before the planned start of apprenticeship.
- For training to start on September 1, the application documents should be submitted to the LZF in full by June 1.
- The training allowance must be at least €882 net/month or €1,048 gross/month.
- Family reunification is only possible to a limited extent, as the training allowance is often not high enough to cover the living expenses of additional persons.
What is required?
- Training contract
- For school-based training: school contract
- If applicable, a certificate of recognition (we are happy to assist with this)
- Proof of language skills: There is no general language requirement in vocational training law. However, at least sufficient German language skills (A2) are usually required to start training. For qualified vocational training, sufficient language skills (B1) must usually be demonstrated, unless a preparatory German language course is to be attended or the educational institution has not tested the language skills required for vocational training.
